1) Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using brightluckyplace.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. You may not use the Service if you are under the required age or if the Service is prohibited where you live.

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to the Service or other users, or as otherwise necessary to operate the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service and any Virtual Currency/Items ends.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when changes apply. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
